The main sections (part 1) is an alphabetical list of diseases followed by the remedies that have cured them; this is linked with the author's The Prescriber as any remedy printed in italic is also mentioned under the same disease in that book. There is a section on Repertory and Causation, giving a list of causes and the remedies which are curative. Another section deals with Temperaments showing the remedies that act well on some types of people. The section on clinical relationships is in nine columns under the headings: Remedy, Complementary Remedies, Remedy Antidotes, Remedy follows well, Remedy is followed well by, Compatible Remedies, Incompatible Remedies, Remedy Antidotes, Remedy is antidoted by, Duration of Action.
