Young, C - Mama's Word on Preventing Mastitis

This excellent little book is split into three sections which explore aspects of having and dealing with mastitis. The first section is the practical part, looking at the anatomy, physiology and pathology of the disorder. In the second, Charlotte considers the emotional response women have to it - the thoughts of 'why me?' and the possibility of transformation. The last, and possibly the most enjoyable (though perhaps, not practical) is what all we women love - the stories. Here is a collection of 13 stories by 13 women about their mastitis experiences. At the end, we all feel like cheering and meeting up with our friends to discuss how great it is to be a woman!
